Any person receiving a ring\/award outside of this list will be required to pay for the ring\/award personally or through an outside funding source. Each person must be a member of the team, support staff, or coaching staff for the full season to be eligible for the championship ring\/award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Head coach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistant coaches (full-time, part-time, graduate assistants, or student assistants)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strength coaches with responsibilities for the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment and video staff with responsibilities for the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student-athletes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletic trainer(s) with responsibilities for the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student athletic trainers with responsibilities for the sport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletic academic counselors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sports information and media support staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletic administration (as determined by the director of athletics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletic administrative graduate assistants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University administration (as determined by the president)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the awarding of these gifts, a comprehensive list of recipients and a price per gift must be approved by the director of athletics to assure compliance with this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-3\">Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy is distributed via the University Policies webpage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","policy_types":[20],"class_list":["post-13226","ie_policy","type-ie_policy","status-publish","hentry","policy_types-intercollegiate-athletics"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ie_policy\/13226","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ie_policy"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ie_policy"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ie_policy\/13226\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":16228,"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ie_policy\/13226\/revisions\/16228"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13226"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"policy_types","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/policy_types?post=13226"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
