Banner Self Service allows students to make a decision on their awards only once. Complete this form AFTER you have made a decision on your award(s) in Banner Self Service and would like to change your decision.

Requests must be made by signing the STUDENT EMPLOYMENT INTEREST FORM found on your My McNeese Portal Student tab, under the Student Employment Section. (The list is available the week of finals prior to the semester wanting to work until midterm.)
