Please review the following sessions and complete the webform below to register for the Retreat.

Session A: Upcoming Information Technology Resources for Faculty & Staff *

- Catrina Boenig, Katrina Fontenot, Jessica Hutchings, Wesley LeJeune, Maria Raiford, and Stephanie Tarver
This session will be a sneak preview of some of the new and updated information technology resources available to faculty and staff: DegreeWorks, Xitracs, and the online Catalog.

Session B: Student Services Resources
- Lindsley Burgess, Ralynn Castete, Shannon Guillory, Taina Savoit, Raime Thibodeaux, and Chris Thomas
This session will provide an overview of some of the University services available to students: Scholarships, Financial Aid, Counseling Center, Student Health Services, Career & Student Development Center, and University Services.

Session C: Academic Support Resources
- Corliss Badeaux, Tim Delaney, Walt Fontane, Cody Magee, and Amanda Wilhite
This session will showcase some of the academic support resources available for student success, particularly with assistance available from Athletic Academic Counseling, the Frazar Memorial Library, the Office of Disability Services, the Literature Lab, and the Write to Excellence Center.

 * For staff who are unable to attend the retreat sessions, additional DegreeWorks and Academic Catalog training will be held on Friday, August 12, and Monday, August 15, in Baker Auditorium, Farrar Hall.  No registration is required--simply attend one of the sessions listed below which best fits your schedule.  Sessions are expected to last no more than one hour:
- Friday, August 12: 10:00 am
- Friday, August 12: 3:00 pm
- Monday, August 15: 9:00 am
- Monday, August 15: 2:00 pm
