Ceremony times for each college are listed on the main <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/commencement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Commencement<\/span><\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ddf2ff\"><strong><a href=\"#regalia\">Regalia and Attire<\/a><br><a href=\"#guests\">Guest Information<\/a><br><a href=\"#decorum\">Decorum for Graduates and Guests<\/a><br><a href=\"#parking\">Parking Information<\/a><br><a href=\"#miscellaneous\">Miscellaneous<\/a><br><a href=\"#emergency\">Emergency Procedures<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading display-3\" id=\"regalia\">Regalia and Attire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">All students participating in graduation must wear appropriate academic regalia (i.e., cap and gown). When completing the Application for Degree, students will be asked to provide personal information to ensure that their caps and gowns are fitted properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Regalia should be picked up during&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/commencement\/gradfest\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">GradFest<\/span><\/a>. <\/strong><br>Beginning the Monday after GradFest (no earlier), students unable to attend GradFest can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div style=\"height:100px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer wp-container-content-0892b529\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Pick up regalia from the <strong>McNeese Team Store<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/UeYEBifdXZ9Zgb1D9\">501 E Sale Rd<\/a>) during regular business hours <br>Monday through Thursday \u2014 7:30 AM-5:00 PM<br>Friday \u2014 7:30-11:30 AM<br><strong><em>Regalia must be picked up no later than one week prior to commencement.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div style=\"height:100px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer wp-container-content-0892b529\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Request shipping<\/strong> through a special order on the <a href=\"https:\/\/mcneesecowboystore.com\/home\">McNeese Team Store website<\/a>. <br><em>You will need to create an account on the Team Store website if you do not already have one.<\/em> <br><strong>Select UPS for shipping<\/strong> and write in the order comments that it is for your cap and gown. <br>If you have questions or need help, contact the Team Store at 337-475-5494.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Caps can be decorated, but gowns cannot! See the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcneese.edu\/policy\/commencement-policy\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Commencement Policy<\/span><\/a> for more information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Honor Cords &amp; Other Accessories&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Honor cords<\/strong>&nbsp;will be distributed at the Townsley Arena during rehearsal. The Office of the Registrar and Admissions must wait for all final grades to be posted before calculating academic honors.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Other cords, stoles, or medals<\/strong>&nbsp;from your college, department, or organizations must be obtained directly from them. Neither the Commencement Committee nor the Team Store will have information about these items.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">Cords and\u00a0stoles\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0provided by a\u00a0University\u00a0entity\u00a0<strong>may not<\/strong>\u00a0be worn inside the Townlsey Arena. Should an emergency occur, law enforcement officials will attend to the situation.
