(Note: The first time making an online payment, you will set up your account with Nelnet.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment methods accepted through Nelnet accessed via Banner Self Service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4\">Credit\/Debit Card<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of payment via Nelnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When choosing this option, a <strong><u>non-refundable 2.85% convenience fee<\/u><\/strong> will be charged for each transaction processed.\u00a0<em>You will have the option to cancel your payment before submitting, but once submitted, the fee is not refundable.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4\">E-Check or E-Savings (U.S. Accounts)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electronic Check or Savings \u2013 enter your bank routing number and account number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is <strong><u>no fee<\/u><\/strong> when choosing this option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Funds \u2014 NON U.S. Accounts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose &#8220;International Payment&#8221; from the payment type \u2014 this will direct to the Convera payment portal; follow the instructions on how to initiate payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternative International Payment Method:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flywire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pay.flywire.com\/\">https:\/\/pay.flywire.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select &#8220;UNITED STATES&#8221; as the country you want to pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type &#8220;McNEESE STATE UNIVERSITY&#8221; as the institution you want to pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the country the payment will come from and enter the amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the preferred payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the remaining steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nelnet installment plans<\/strong> are not available to international students utilizing Flywire to pay tuition\/fees. Please contact <a href=\"mailto:msucashiers@mcneese.edu\">msucashiers@mcneese.edu<\/a> for other arrangements if using Flywire. International students who pay with a credit card or U.S. bank account are able to set up Nelnet payment plans.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Methods \u2013 Not Online<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4\">In Person at the Cashier&#8217;s Office<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal check, cashier&#8217;s check, money order, or cash (U.S. funds only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit\/Debit cards <strong>are not<\/strong> <strong>accepted<\/strong> as a form of payment in person or via phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may pay in person in the Cashier&#8217;s Office in Smith Hall during regular business hours \u2013 Monday-Thursday 7:45am \u2013 12:00pm and 1:00pm &#8211; 4:30pm and Friday 7:45am \u2013 11:00am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bring current Student I.D. or driver&#8217;s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4\">By Mail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mail check or money order to McNeese Cashier Office, Box 92935, Lake Charles, LA 70609. (U.S. accounts only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please include your student ID number on your remittance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading display-4\">Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>McNeese State University partners with Bank Mobile to offer faster delivery of refunds to students. PTA accounts can be used at the beginning of each semester for approximately one month for the purchase of up to $800 in books and supplies.
