Kylie Hernandez is a graduate of McNeese State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 2016 with a minor in Sociology and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. While working toward her undergraduate degree in 2014, she joined the staff at the McNeese Autism Program as a direct care service provider. She accepted a position as a graduate assistant in 2016.

Kylie’s clinical experience ranges from comprehensive therapy in a 1:1 environment provided for patients with aggressive behaviors, self- injury behaviors, feeding deficits, early-intensive behavioral interventions, social skills deficits (in various group settings), and toilet-training. She has provided staff training for technicians and regular supervision of graduate students seeking certification.

Kylie currently serves as the program coordinator for the Super Start and Super School transition programs. These programs provide a mock-classroom setting for extra learning opportunities for learners who will transition out of therapy and into the school setting.

She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in August of 2018, and became a clinical staff member for McNeese Autism Program in February 2019.
