Full-time faculty and staff are encouraged to have an updated professional headshot taken by the Office of University Marketing and Communications (MarCom) once every three years. Headshot photos require employee approval at the time of the photo session. The photo will be maintained in the MarCom Office’s digital asset management system, and used in marketing and communication materials that promote the university.
Headshot services will only be offered during scheduled time periods in the fall and spring semesters. The expense of headshots taken during those scheduled events will be covered by the MarCom office if we don’t already have a headshot of the faculty/staff member that is no more than 3 years old.
If the faculty/staff member is not able to attend one of the scheduled headshot events, we can refer them to a local freelance photographer; but please be advised that the MarCom office will not be able to cover the expense of that photography session, and either the faculty/staff member or the requesting office/department will be responsible for making payment arrangements directly with the photographer.

Ms. Anna Grace Bizzle is an Academic Advisor for the College of Nursing and Health Professions. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University. Her favorite part of advising at McNeese is being a resource for students as they get used to the expectations of college and helping students pursue their degrees at such a wonderful school.
