Banners presents National Works on Paper

The 25th Aetched artworknnual McNeese National Works on Paper Exhibition opens with a reception honoring the exhibiting artists at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 29, in the Grand Gallery of the Shearman Fine Arts Annex at McNeese State University.

The exhibit, which runs through May 4, is sponsored by the McNeese Visual Arts Department and is part of the 2012 McNeese Banners Cultural Series.

Gumpert has selected 83 works from a broad national spectrum of paintings, drawings, photographs, prints and mixed media works on paper for this year's exhibition. She will give a gallery talk about the exhibit at 7 p.m. Thursday.
