(August 23, 2012) The Annual Faculty Exhibition sponsored by the McNeese State University Department of Visual Arts will be on display Sept. 6-Oct. 4 in the Grand Gallery of the Shearman Fine Arts Annex.
A reception for the artists will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in the Grand Gallery. The reception is open free to the public and coincides with the citywide Annual Gallery Promenade 2012 that Friday.
The faculty exhibition features 45 recent works by visual arts faculty members including Robbie Austin, Cynthia Howes-Baskin, Ken Baskin, Martin Bee, Meghan Fleming, Amanda Hext, Heather Ryan Kelley, Tessa LaFleur, Lisa Reinauer, Lynn Reynolds, Larry Schuh, Lewis Temple and Gerry Wubben. The works presented will include ceramics, drawing, graphic design, illustration, printmaking, painting, photography and mixed media.
