Accreditation
The Technology Program at McNeese State University is nationally accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission (TAC) of ABET Inc., formerly the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Upon successful completion of the Technology Program, the student receives either the Associate of Science in Engineering Technology (A.S.E.T) or the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (B.S.E.T). The A.S.E.T. or the B.S.E.T. degrees can be in one of three concentrations:
- Electronics Engineering Technology
- Instrumentation Engineering Technology
- Process Plant Engineering Technology
