TASC MEETING
Minutes
Call
to Order
Mark Steward called the meeting to order at
2:33P.M.
Members present were Dr. Brenda Birkett, Michael Duff, Dr. Todd
Furman, Dr. Debra Hollingsworth, Dwayne McCoy, Mark Steward, Joshua
Stewart and Kirk Thibeaux. Member absent was
Michael Graham
. Victoria Gauthier had to withdraw as a TASC member due to a change
in her school schedule. A new member-at-large will be appointed.

Daniel Baker; Mark Bentley;

TASC minutes. Motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Update
No CITO update today.
Old
Business
Mark Steward informed the committee that he still needed the Draft of The
TASC Constitution with the change to the appointed faculty member before
it could be presented to the Senate. Nancy Borel will supply this
information to Mark Steward.
Members
are continuing discussion of the draft document for Reserve Funds.
Members
are continuing discussion of the draft document for Labs used by non-TASC
students.
