McNeese Panhellenic
Our Panhellenic women are held to high standards of excellence in all areas of life. Academics are a core belief and value for all sorority women at McNeese State University. Consistently, the Panhellenic grade point average is higher than the all-women average at McNeese.

Each member is also responsible for promoting Greek life, scholarship, philanthropy, leadership, and campus involvement amongst sorority members.

Many college women seek something more than just classes and casual friends. Sororities can provide an environment that fosters personal and professional growth and promotes lifelong friendships. In fact, many collegiate women see their sorority as a "home away from home." Along with friendship, laughter, and fun, sorority membership provides opportunities for a life of learning and involvement.
Regardless of which chapter you join, you will find that sororities not only set the standards for academic achievement, leadership development, and community service, they also stand by you as you strive to achieve your personal best. You will find a strong bond with women who share similar ideals, principles, and values.  After your undergraduate years are over, you will notice that sorority membership truly lasts a lifetime.  After collegiate days are over, alumnae women continue to stay involved in their local alumnae chapters as members, collegiate chapter advisors, and through various alumnae activities.

Formal Recruitment
Each fall the three NPC sororities on our campus conduct a Formal Recruitment process that allows ladies to meet chapter members and peers while learning about what each house has to offer. Throughout the process, Recruitment Counselors (Rho Chi's) will guide Potential New Members (PNMs) through the recruitment process answering any questions that may occur.

Participating in the recruitment process does not require an individual to join a chapter, but it does enable her to learn more about the Greek community, meet new people, and learn of different ways to get involved. The recruitment process is intended to be a fun, enriching, and positive experience for everyone involved!
