**This template is blank. Each program coordinator should add program-specific, course-embedded assessment measures and benchmarks as he or she deems appropriate. All key assessments used in 2009 SPA reports should be included in annual master plans beginning 2010. This will ensure the regular collection and review of SPA-specific data.

**These samples provide examples of how to report data and data analyses appropriately. These two samples include measures that are standard to all intitial programs.
2010 Sample [M.Ed., Curriculum & Instruction]
**This sample provides an example of an advanced program plan and an example of how to complete the "self-assessment" added to the 2010 plans.
