Tuition Opportunity for Students (TOPS)

The TOPS Scholarship Program (funded by the State of Louisiana) provides scholarships to eligible students graduating from Louisiana high schools after August 1996. Eligibility for these awards is determined by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) in Baton Rouge.

Students applying for TOPS should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form is also the application for federal grants, loans, and college work-study. This application may be completed on-line.
