Requirement

McNeese State Univeristy publishes the name of its primary accreditor, the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, its address, and its phone number in the University Catalog. The publication of SACS contact information is placed in the accreditation section of the catalog and presented so that it is clear that inquiries to the Commission should relate only to the accreditation status of the institution, and not to general admission information.

Narrative

McNeese State University is in compliance with Federal Requirement 4.7.

The University publishes the name of its primary accreditor, the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, in the University Catalog.

The publication of SACS contact information is placed in the accreditation section of the catalog and presented so that it is clear that inquiries to the Commission should relate only to the accreditation status of the institution and not to general admission information.

The catalog is available for public distribution in both paper copy and in electronic form. The catalog accreditation information displayed in the paper copy and the information shown electronically is accurately rendered. The University distributes the catalog through the University Bookstore, through the H.C. Drew Enrollment Information Center, through the McNeese website, and through various units across campus.
