McNeese Spring Fee Deadline is Jan. 15

(December 6, 2013) Students who have enrolled and registered online for McNeese State University's spring semester have until 4:30 p.m. Jan. 15 to pay fees. Spring classes begin Jan. 21.

Spring 2014 term bills are now available online to students through the MyMcNeese Portal or their Banner Self-Service account. Fee bills will not be mailed.

To access the fee bill, students can go online to the MyMcNeese Portal from the McNeese homepage and log in to their account. The link "View My Bill" is under the "Quick Links" at the right side of the page.
Students can also go to and click on the "Current Students" tab and then select "Banner Self-Service" under Registration. After logging in to Banner Self-Service, students should click the "Student" tab - Registration - View My Bill." Parents or guardians needing to have a copy of the fee bill will need to have access to their student's online account or have the student print a copy of the fee bill.
Students can view and print their registration, fee deferrals and McNeese Bookstore Personal Touch Accounts. At the top of the fee bill there will be links to view detailed bill information, to add a parking decal, approve financial aid authorization, pay the fee bill and update student information.
Students can go online at to see the Payment Policy on credit card payments and online payment changes. McNeese offices will be closed Dec. 21-Jan. 5 and will reopen Jan. 6.
A spring fee deferral plan is offered to students through the administrative accounting office. All registration fees, including tuition, special assessments, class-related fees and meal plan charges, are eligible for the fee deferral plan. Students are required to pay one-half of the total fee amount by 4:30 p.m. Jan. 15 and the remaining fee payment is due by 4 p.m. March 6. There is a $30 processing fee. The bookstore offers an interest-free student charge plan to all students enrolled for the spring to assist with the purchase of books and supplies. The PTA allows students with a valid ID and a current paid fee receipt to establish a student charge account at the bookstore, which can be used at the beginning of the semester for one month for the purchase of up to $800 in books and supplies. At the close of the purchase deadline, each student is billed for purchases made.
