National Wear Red Day! Go Red for Women Event-Women & Heart Health lunch and learn. Ralph Hayes, a cardiology nurse practitioner, will speak about women & heart health. A light, healthy lunch will be served. La Jeunesse Room in the Old Ranch. Space is limited! Call 475-5277 to reserve your spot.

During the month of February Wellness to Go! Blood Pressure Checks Contact Kelly if you would like blood pressures taken in your area. Your building or office. Need at least 5 participants.
