Registration for McNeese Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge What do you have to lose?  The McNeese Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge will held participants lose weight in a healthy way.  The program will include weekly weigh-ins, educational seminars, goal setting, support, and weekly handouts and tips.  Participate as an individual or form a team of two. Free Weight Watchers Informational Meeting Would you like to attend Weight Watchers Meetings on the McNeese campus?  A free informational meeting will be held at noon by a Weight Watchers meeting leader for those interested in having meetings on campus.  We need 15 people signed up for a series of 12 weeks ($156)  to hold meetings.  Open to McNeese employees and students. Rec's 2nd floor conference room(above fitness center)
2/1/12 National Wear Red Day Wear red today to support the fight against heart disease and stroke!  If your department is wearing red, give Kelly Darbonne a call (5277) to take your picture!  Join me at 11:50 on Friday, February 1st for a "Wear Red Circuit Workout" in the Rec's Weight Room.  Pick up exercise info from the AHA on stretching, resistance training, and also healthy eating for a healthy heart.  Those attending the workout will go into a drawing for a prize from the AHA.  Don't forget to wear your red for the workout!
