General Rules:

  • Must have VALID McNeese ID to enter building

  • Guests permitted with student/faculty/staff/alumni member for fee of $2.00.

  • Proper attire is mandatory; this includes non-marking sole tennis shoes throughout the Rec Complex. No jeans or dress pants. To work out in Wellness/Weight room area must have a towel to wipe equipment after each use, a full-backed shirt, capped water bottles only, and no chewing gum..

  • Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times; Children are only allowed on weekends beginning Friday at 3pm. Children are not allowed at anytime in the Wellness/Weight room area, Steam/Suana, and Raquetball courts.
