- Enjoy a total body workout that offers a break from the repetition of traditional exercise. Improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance -all while learning self defense! Held in the Aerobics room.
- This class involves moving from one exercise to another, each exericse working a different muscle group until each muscle has been worked. It will include strength training stations, cardio stations, or a mixture of the two. Suitable for any fitness level. The class is held on the Rec's track on Mondays & Wednesdays. Meet in the Rec's weight room on Fridays.
