Class Descriptions


Yoga
A class that will help you to increase flexibility, cope with stress and learn basic meditation techniques. Beginner's are welcome!  Held in the Aerobics room.

Zumba
A fun dance workout while enjoying Latin rhythms running through your body.  Held in the Aerobics room.

Cardio Kickboxing
Enjoy a total body workout that offers a break from the repetition of traditional exercise. Improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance -all while learning self defense! Held in the Aerobics room.

Circuits
This class involves moving from one exercise to another, each exericse working a different muscle group until each muscle has been worked.  It will include strength training stations, cardio stations, or a mixture of the two.  Suitable for any fitness level.  The class is held on the Rec's track on Mondays & Wednesdays.  Meet in the Rec's weight room on Fridays.
