A wide variety of aerobics classes are offered free of charge to current McNeese Rec Members. The range of classes include: zumba, yoga, circuits, kickboxing, & water fitness. The schedule changes each semester.  As a part of the McNeese Wellness Program, classes that are held at lunch time (11:30am-1pm) are free for employees to attend.  Classes after this time require employees to have a Rec membership.
