Student Handbook Professional Phase

Once students are selected to the professional phase of the radiologic sciences program student will also be required to adhere to polices and procedure for that portion of the program. These polices and procedures are published an presented in the form of handbook entitled "Student Handbook Professional Phase". This handbook updated and amended each summer session or fall semester, as well as at other times during the academic year. It is the responsibility of the prospective students to make themselves aware of the policies and procedures included in handbook prior to applying for the professional phase of the program. Students enrolled in the professional phase of the program are required to print a copy of this handbook at the beginning of their first semester once they are accepted into the professional phase and requested to bring it to orinetation for the professional phase.  Students are made awared when there are revisions made to the handbook.


This handbook is divided into two sections, one is the narrative the other which is forms.
