Once students are selected to the professional phase of the radiologic sciences program student will also be required to adhere to polices and procedure for that portion of the program. These polices and procedures are published and presented in the form of a handbook entitled "Student Handbook Professional Phase". This handbook is updated and amended each summer session or fall semester, as well as at other times during the academic year. It is the responsibility of the prospective students to make themselves aware of the policies and procedures included in handbook prior to applying for the professional phase of the program. Students enrolled in the professional phase of the program are required to print a copy of this handbook and be knowledgeable of its content. Beginning with their first semester after being accepted into the professional phase students are expected to follow the policies and procedures contained in the "Student Handbook Professional Phase". Professional phase students are made aware when there are revisions made to the handbook.
This handbook is divided into two sections, one is the narrative the other which is forms.
