The Disaster Preparedness, Response and Recovery Plan’s purpose is to announce precautionary and protective measures for university students, faculty, and staff in the event of a disaster in the Lake Charles area. The plan prescribes responsibilities of involved McNeese State University personnel for execution of the McNeese Disaster Plan.
The provisions of the plan are, for the most part, general in content and allow for flexibility as required by changing situations. It is the responsibility of McNeese State University personnel to be thoroughly familiar with the plan. Suggestions for modification of the plan should be submitted to the University President.
