Each brother in the chapter is an individual and unique component to our brotherhood and I will honor his property, beliefs, and character.

I will participate in the chapter by serving on at least two committees.

I will attend, and be punctual for, all chapter events, unless I have notified an Executive Committee member of a previous commitment that I cannot change.

In order to promote a positive image on campus, I will be involved with at least two campus organizations and strive to establish positive relationships on campus.

I recognize that the reputation of our fraternity is dependent upon a positive image for all fraternities.

I will meet my financial obligations to the chapter in a timely manner.

I will neither use nor support the use of illegal drugs.

I will respect the dignity of all persons; therefore I will not physically, mentally, or sexually abuse or haze any human being.

I understand that Theta Chi is a lifelong commitment, and I will promote Theta Chi for life.

I acknowledge that a clean and attractive environment is essential to both physical and mental health; therefore I will do all in my power to see that the chapter property (including 623 Gayle Street) is properly maintained.

I realize that my personal behavior also reflects upon the chapter and I will conduct myself, at all times, in a manner that does not bring discredit upon my chapter.

I will challenge all members of my fraternity to abide by the chapter's code of conduct and will confront those who violate them.

I will abide by local and international by-laws, standing rules, and the policies set forth in the Risk Management, Standards, and Insurance Manual of Theta Chi Fraternity.
