However, one thing remains certain: brotherhood must be built. It is built upon mutual respect and trust. Without respect and trust there can be no brotherhood. Brotherhood. n. a fraternity of men with a common interest and creed. Our creed starts with the phrase, "I believe in Theta Chi, in its traditions and its ideals. Born of sturdy manhood, nurtured by resolute men...." Theta Chi, in its one hundred and forty-fourth year, has held the traditions and ideals of the founders, Frederick Norton Freeman and Arthur Chase. These men founded Theta Chi with the intention that a society of men would emerge that would always be there for each other. This vision is a reality. We have brothers all around the world, including Steven Spielberg and Lee Iacocca, and a Brother who spent six months on the Skylab space station. Theta Chi has a global network of Brotherhood.
