Everything that is discussed in the Executive Committee meetings is brought up in the General Meeting agenda.  Anything and everything that is discussed in the General Meetings is not to under any circumstances be discussed with anyone beyond the perimeter and time of the meeting area.  This is mandated in order to prevent anyone beyond the membership of the NAACP to anticipate our actions before we even go through with them.
