The purpose of The Crusade is to provide members with educational opportunities throughout their collegiate experience.  The emphasis placed on academic excellence, community service, teambuilding and leadership will be beneficial to the active participant not only during his undergraduate career, but throughout life.

As Kappa Alpha Order prepares itself for the new millennium, it sees itself as the leader among fraternities.  This lofty status demands the constant desire to maintain the highest ideals of gentlemanly conduct and achievement.  Membership into Kappa Alpha Order strives to develop young men of moral fiber, leadership abilities and personal development skills along with a strong focus on academic excellence and service to others.  Kappa Alpha Order encourages alumni involvement by creating means of interaction and assistance.  It is through this involvement and interaction of both actives and alumni that The Crusade of Kappa Alpha Order is achieved.
