The IEEE Student Branch at McNeese State University offers student members the opportunity to interact with other electrical engineering students, industrial engineers, and faculty. As a student member you will receive information about engineering issues and new developments, and be invited in participate in local, regional, and national IEEE conferences and competitions.

The small cost of IEEE membership will provide personal growth, interesting activities, and professional benefits as you prepare for and begin an engineering career. IEEE student branch participation can serve as an important part of your educational experience. The attitudes, disciplines, and skills obtained through IEEE activities complement formal, classroom education.
