Dean's Welcome

Welcome Students!

The nursing administration, faculty, and staff of the College of Nursing and Health Professions hope you will consider joining us if your career goals are to someday work in the health care related field. The opportunities in health care are limitless regardless of whether you choose direct care service as either a medical laboratory scientist, professional registered nurse, or radiographer. For those of you who want to be in the health field but not in direct care service we offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management. Students who select this degree program can choose one of three unique concentrations in either traditional healthcare management or a more targeted focus in either quality improvement or care concentration.

The employment picture for the health care field is consistently ranked as one of the growing areas of need as the demographics for the elderly continue to increase. Regardless of the field you choose, you have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. Our alumni are working across the country and the world making a difference every day…in both practice and education settings. Come join us and make a difference!
