LPN articulation is available to licensed practical nurses with one year of nursing experience.
NUAD 103 is a 2 credit hour (1 hour lecture, 3 hours lab) transition course. If the student receives a passing grade ("C" or better) in NUAD 103 and is accepted into the clinical nursing sequence, credit will be awarded for NUAD 102 (6 hrs.) and NUAD 106 (8 hrs.) for a total credit award of 14 hours. The student will then be able to complete the requirements for the Associate of Science in Nursing in 2 full-time semesters.
Students will make application during Semester 2 when they are enrolled in NUAD 103 for Spring, Semester 3, admission.
