The McNeese State University Department of Performing Arts will present Jordan Moore in a free senior trumpet recital at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 31.

The award-winning Warren Hood Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in F.G. Bulber Auditorium as part of the 2015 Banners at McNeese season.

The McNeese State University Cowboys for St. Jude letter writing fundraiser – which is open to the public - will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, in the Recreational Complex.

The McNeese Performing Arts Department will host a free faculty/guest recital on Tuesday, March 24, in Tritico Theatre.

The Department of Performing Arts will present Justin Windemiller in a free senior clarinet recital at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, in the Tritico Theatre of the Shearman Fine Arts Annex.

The McNeese State University SAGE Series will present a lecture by Richard Campanella titled “Bourbon Street: A History” from 3-4 p.m. Monday, March 23.

The McNeese State University Department of Visual Arts will host High School Portfolio Day 2015 for junior and senior high school students on March 21.

March 18 - 6:00pm
The 2015 Banners Cultural Season will present a free showing of the French film “Le Dernier des Injustes (The Last of the Unjust)” on Wednesday, March 18, at 6 p.m. in Stokes Auditorium.

New York City’s Aquila Theatre will present a performance of the literary classic “Wuthering Heights” March 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Tritico Theatre.

Pedagogy Saturday - a day-long event designed to inform and inspire local music teachers - will be offered free Saturday, March 14 by the Department of Performing Arts and Lake Charles Piano Teachers Association.
