After competing in five rodeos this fall season, the McNeese State University women’s rodeo team is ranked No. 10 in the nation by the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The men’s rodeo team is ranked No. 23.

Dec. 1 is the priority deadline for fall 2016 academic scholarship applications at McNeese State University.

The McNeese Department of Visual Arts is hosting the Fall Senior Exhibition through Dec. 10 in the Grand Gallery mezzanine of the Shearman Fine Arts Annex.

The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present the McNeese Choirs in concert on Sunday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m., in the Shearman Fine Arts Tritico Theatre.

McNeese will host the FIRST LEGO League – McNeese Qualifier, a robotics program for children ages 9 to 14, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in Baker Auditorium.

The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present a recital by South Korean pianist Sun Min Kim Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Tritico Theatre.

November 8 - 3:00pm
The McNeese Performing Arts Department will present a free dual harp recital on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. featuring Barbara Belew and McNeese alumna Patricia Horvath.

November 6 - 7:00pm
The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present a senior trumpet recital by Kyle Cook of Katy, Texas, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m., in Tritico Theatre.

November 5 - 8:00pm
The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present a senior flute recital by Timothy Ludtman of Marietta, Ohio, at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, in Tritico Theatre.
