The McNeese State University Department of Performing Arts will present a free concert on Jan. 20 at 8 p.m. in the Tritico Theatre on the McNeese campus.

Students registering late for McNeese State University’s spring 2015 semester can register online or with their faculty adviser Jan. 16-21.

The honor roll lists undergraduate students earning at least a 3.0 or B average while carrying 12 or more semester hours.

To be on the President’s Honor List, an undergraduate student must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average or better while carrying at least 15 semester hours.

Fifteen McNeese State University students received the Summa Cum Laude (3.90-4.00) designation in fall commencement ceremonies held Saturday, Dec. 13, at Burton Coliseum.

Donna Lundquist has been named bookstore manager at McNeese State University.

Students who have registered online for McNeese State University’s 2015 spring semester have until 4:30 p.m. Jan. 14 to pay fees. Spring classes begin Jan. 20.

Awards presentation
Dr. Ron W. Darbeau, professor and head of the McNeese State University Department of Chemistry and Physics, has been selected as a member of the 2014 class of American Chemical Society Fellows.
