The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present Stephanie Vidrine in a free senior flute recital at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 23.

Four McNeese students received 10 awards, including the “Best of Show,” at the 2015 ADDY Awards program sponsored by the Lake Charles Advertising Federation and the American Advertising Federation.

A 2013 documentary titled “Driving Blind” will be screened at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, in Stokes Auditorium of Hardtner Hall at McNeese.

The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present a senior percussion recital by Samuel Bess, Tuesday, April 21, in the Tritico Theatre.

Dr. Cain Budds, assistant professor of guitar and music theory at Louisiana Tech University, will perform in a free guitar recital April 19 at 7:30 p.m.

McNeese State University’s Spring Fling is set for April 19-23 with several events planned throughout the week for students.

A Yom HaShoah commemoration ceremony in observance of the many counts of heroism during the Holocaust will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 16.

April 15 - 7:00pm
The 2014 documentary film, “Not Idly By—Peter Bergson, America and the Holocaust,” will be screened at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 15.

The McNeese Department of Performing Arts will present Luke Russel in a free senior trumpet recital April 14.

McNeese is adding something new to its orientation sessions for first-time freshmen for the 2015 fall semester – a one-stop shop for advising and registration.
