McNeese State University students can register for the Midpoint Assessment of Academic Progress examination during spring registration currently underway through Nov. 30.

The MAAP exams will be given Feb. 24-27 in Parra Ballroom of the Student Union Annex and a complete listing of the MAAP examinations can be found in the spring schedule of classes now online at www.mcneese.edu.

The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools requires that its member institutions measure knowledge/skills gained by its students to ensure that the university is effectively educating its students. The MAAP examination is one of the measures McNeese uses to test students.

Every student enrolled in a four-year degree program must take the MAAP examination after earning 48 semester hours and before earning 80 semester hours.
