Due to the recent weather-related closures, the opening reception for the McNeese State University Historical Exhibit in F.G. Bulber Auditorium has been rescheduled for Feb. 17 from 4-6 p.m. This event was originally scheduled for Feb. 4.

Ava Haymon, poet laureate
Louisiana Poet Laureate, Ava Haymon, will read from her works at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, in Ralph Squires Recital Hall in the Shearman Fine Arts Center.

McNeese State University financial aid staff members will visit area high schools in January and February to explain financial aid application procedures to students.

Three McNeese State University rodeo members have been selected for induction into the McNeese Rodeo Hall of Fame at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at Burton Coliseum.

Musical quartet
The acclaimed musical quartet, Pastiche, will perform in a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, in the Shearman Fine Arts Performing Arts Theatre at McNeese State University.
