Jose A. "Pepe" Vasquez, president and chief operating officer of Mallard Investments, a subsidiary of Cameron State Bank, is the featured speaker for a free workshop titled "Dollars and Sense" at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in the Business Conference Center on the McNeese State University campus.

The workshop, sponsored by Iota Phi Theta Fraternity at McNeese, will feature topics on financial planning, investments, IRAs, certificates of deposit, stocks and bonds.
