A seminar titled “Leadership and Professional Ethics in the Workplace” will be offered from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce located at 111 N. Washington St. in DeRidder.

Topics include characteristics of successful leaders, supervising unethical employees, leadership styles, making ethical decisions and benefits and challenges of ethical behavior.

The seminar is sponsored by the USDA Rural Development and the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at McNeese State University.
