McNeese State University will offer an introductory psychology course in an accelerated eight-week format Oct. 8-Dec. 3 at the First Street School, 401 W. First St., in DeRidder.
Classes for PSYC 101, Introduction to Psychology, will meet from 5:30-8:10 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. The final exam is Dec. 4.
Costs for the course include a $20 application fee, $544.75 tuition/fees for undergraduate students and cost of textbooks. A limited number of $250 scholarships are available.
Costs for students 60 and older include the $20 application fee, $63.50 tuition/fees and textbooks.
A McNeese admissions representative will be at First Street School from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7, to answer questions and assist with the enrollment process.
