Dr. Karen Aucoin, professor of mathematics at McNeese State University, will be speaking on how to make mathematics an enjoyable experience for students at the McNeese Faculty Colloquia presentation Thursday, Oct. 8.

The presentation, “Introducing Students to the Joy of Mathematical Discovery, will be held from 2-4 p.m. in the Stream Alumni Center and is open free to the public.
This series is co-sponsored by the McNeese Alumni Association and the Write to Excellence Center to promote faculty writing on campus and to the community as part of the Quality Enhancement Plan for the university.
