“Life & Health” Insurance Pre-Licensing Course”

LAKE CHARLES, LA – The Louisiana Consortium of Insurance & Financial Services at Louisiana State University in Shreveport (LSUS) will present “Pre-Licensing: “Life & Health Insurance Course, May 9, 10, 16 and 17, 2008 Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00am – 5:00pm on the McNeese campus located in the Burton Business Center, Room 118.  This course provides thirty-two (32) hours of class time suitable to prepare an individual to sit for the Life & Health Licensing exam. The class material is designed to prepare the student for the exam and to provide a good education for a career in insurance. Topics include basic terminology, concepts, sales, the fundamentals of insurance law, and agent's responsibility.
