Dr. Musa Essayyad, Dean, College of Business
Dr. Essayyad received his M.A. and Ph.D. in finance from the University of Alabama. He held diverse academic, business and governmental positions in the U.S., U.K., Switzerland, Russia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. He has held endowed chair professorships for 24 years, and taught courses in corporate finance, investment management, international finance, and oil and gas finance. Dr. Essayyad has worked for corporations and intergovernmental organizations including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Getty Oil Company, OPEC, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

Dr. Mitchell Adrian
Dr. Adrian earned his DBA in Management in 1996 from Mississippi State University. He joined McNeese in 2007 and currently holds the rank of Professor of Management. Prior to joining McNeese State University, he was with Longwood University as Associate Professor of Management and Department Head from 1996 through 2006. He has published quite extensively in various refereed business journals and proceedings. He is active in building community relations and forming business alliances. He holds and Endowed Professorship n the College of Business.

Dr. Daryl Burckel
Dr. Burckel is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He was on faculty from 1986-89 and returned to McNeese State University in 1991. He earned his Doctorate from Mississippi State University and holds the rank of Professor of Accounting. Dr. Burckel has authored numerous refereed journal articles and commendable professional papers. He is very active in economic development consulting. Dr. Burckel teaches "Federal Taxes and Management Decisions." He also holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Stephen Caples
Dr. Caples began at McNeese in 1987 and currently holds the rank of Professor of Finance. Dr. Caples earned his PhD from the University of Texas at Arlington. He published numerous articles specializing in finance finance and real estate in reputed journals including numerous conference presentations. He is actively involved in numerous consulting projects in forensic finance. Dr. Caples teaches "Financial Management Policies." He also holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Jim (Jiun-Shiu) Chen
Dr. Chen joined McNeese in 2006 and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor of Management. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Memphis. His research interests include host country national commitment, the impact of international conflict on international management, and top management team. Dr. Chen teaches "Leadership", "Managing Diverse Workplace", "Management Concept and Practice", "Issues in Global Business", and "Organizational Behavior".

Dr. Ray Comish
Dr. Comish started teaching at McNeese State University in 1977. He has a DBA from Louisiana Tech University. He holds the rank of Professor of Management. Dr. Comish has published several articles and has presented many papers at professional conferences. He teaches "Business Policy" and "Strategic Management and Business Policy Seminar."

Dr. Susie S. Cox, SPHR
Dr. Cox began at McNeese in 2008 and currently holds the rank of Assistant Professor of Management. Dr. Cox earned her DBA from Louisiana Tech University. Her research interests include forgiveness in the workplace and innovative human resource practices. Dr. Cox teaches "Management Theory and Organizational Behavior", "Human Resource Management" and "Organizational Behavior". She also holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business. She has an active research agenda in her field of specialization.

Dr. Keith Credo
Dr. Credo received his Ph.D. in Organizational Studies, Strategy, and Change from the College of Business at Auburn University, his M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, his M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology, and his B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Tulane University. Dr. Credo is the Calcasieu Economic and Development Endowed Professor in management at the McNeese College of Business. His current research encompasses organizational ethics, entrepreneurship, and workplace safety. He was awarded the 2011 Pinnacle Excellence Award for his service learning initiatives in the classroom with his class having raised over $50,000 for local non- profits over the last few semesters as part of self-managed teams designing and implementing service projects.

Dr. Bill Jens
Dr. Jens began at McNeese in 2010 as an Assistant Professor of Accounting. He earned his PhD in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He has extensive business background as a former Fortune 500 Vice-President, CFO of a NASDAQ listed company, divisional president and board member. He has many publications and conference presentations from a diverse range of topics including banking, capital structure, tax issues and other. He teaches "Accounting Information for Decision Making" and "Corporate Reporting and Analysis". He also holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Banamber Mishra
Dr. Mishra began at McNeese in 1987 and holds the rank of Professor of Finance. Dr. Mishra earned his PhD from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. He has published a number of articles in referred economics, finance and business journals including presentations of scholarly papers in professional conferences. He teaches "Fundamentals of Financial Management" and "Investment and Security Analysis." He holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Lonnie Phelps
Dr. Phelps started at McNeese in 1973. He earned his DBA from Louisiana Tech University in management. His research interests include business ethics, corporate social responsibility and work-life balance issues. He currently enjoys teaching the Introduction to Business course and the Business Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility course. He has been a Professor of Management and Department Head of the Management/Marketing Department for more than fifteen years.

Dr. Charles Rader
Dr. Rader began at McNeese in 1987. He earned his DBA from the University of Memphis. He is currently an Associate Professor of Marketing. Dr. Rader has authored and co-authored numerous papers and articles. He is a frequent presenter of his work at professional and academic conferences. Dr. Rader teaches "Marketing Concepts" and "Marketing Management". He has an Endowed professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Matiur Rahman, MBA Director
Dr. Rahman started at McNeese in 1989 and holds the rank of professor of Finance. He earned his PhD from Southern Methodist University and is the current Director of the MBA Program. Dr. Rahman is a prolific author and has published widely in reputed national and international academic journals. He was Deputy Director of Research at the Central Bank of Bangladesh and advisor to Japan External Trade Organization in Bangladesh. He also interned at the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund under the Ford Foundation Scholarship. He teaches primarily "International Business", "Money and Banking" and "International Financial Management" and holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Bruce Swindle
Dr. Swindle is a CPA and began at McNeese in 1980. He earned his PhD from Louisiana State University. He currently holds the rank of Professor of Accounting and heads the Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics. Dr. Swindle has been an author and presenter of numerous articles in peer-reviewed academic and professional journals. He was the first College of Business Pinnacle Professor. He teaches "Accounting Information for Decision-making" and "Financial Accounting Disclosures." He held an Endowed professorship in the College of Business.

Dr. Jeffrey W. Totten
Dr. Totten began at McNeese in 2006 as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. He earned his DBA in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in 1983 and is a Professional Certified Marketer since 1991. He has taught at several U.S. colleges and universities. His research interests include fast food nutrition, students' eating behaviors, students' usage of mobile phones and body art, and case writing, among others. He has published extensively in several refereed professional business journals. He teaches "Marketing Concepts". He received the Pinnacle Excellence Award in 2013.

Dr. Prasad Vemala
Dr. Vemala holds a Ph.D. in International Business and Finance. He has been working at McNeese since 2009. His research interests focus on Cross-listing, CEO Compensation, and Corporate Governance Issues. Dr. Vemala has presented his research in various national and International conferences. He holds an Endowed Professorship in the College of Business. Dr. Vemala teaches International Business and Finance courses.
