We'll celebrate Bastille Day by learning to cook a complete French meal from start to finish, including timing issues and cooking tips. Bouillabaisse, Mouseline De Coquilles St.Jacques, Steak Au Poivre, Rosemary Potato Pie, and Mushroom Gratin and Fresh Strawberries with Crème will be the fare prepared this evening!
