McNeese offers anger management group

(May 30, 2014) A six-week anger management group for adults will be offered on Thursdays from 5:30-7 p.m. starting June 19 by the Kay Dore Counseling Clinic at McNeese State University. The sessions will be held in the clinic located in Room 223 of Farrar Hall.
             
The group will focus on understanding anger, its triggers and how to effectively express it, learning new techniques to measure anger through communication and conflict resolution, and setting goals on how to use techniques that best fit each participant's lifestyle and values.
