This two-day course is an advanced study of Dust Explosion Hazards presented by the Texas A&M Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center and GexCon Engineering. The emphasis of this course is dust properties, explosion modeling, preventative measures, ignition sources, protective measures, process hazard analysis, legislation, accidents, selected cases. This course will prove helpful to experienced engineers, safety supervisors, and operating managers who are committed to safe workplaces. This course will also include a small-scale demonstration.
