Minimum Qualifications

Four years of experience in pipefitting, steamfitting, or plumbing.


Training in the plumbing, pipefitting, or steamfitting trade will substitute for a maximum of two years of the required experience on a month for month basis.

The Office of Facilities and Plant Operations invites applicants to the position of Plumber Foreman.  The entrance hourly rate is $14.87 and is NON NEGOTIABLE.  THIS POSITION IS SUBJECT TO DRUG TESTING AND A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.

This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  with some required overtime as necessary.  This position has a physical component and the successful applicant must be able to bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, stand for long periods, walk, climb ladders, reach above shoulders, lift medium to heavy weight, carry medium to heavy weight, and operate various technology and powered equipment/handheld equipment.
