SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
This position vacancy is in Athletics-Men's Basketball, Men's Golf, Women's Volleyball. This position is considered non-exempt under the FLSA. This position may be subject to occasional overtime work. This positions starts at $10.15 per hour and is non-negotiable.
This position requires excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, excellent attendance, excellent computer skills, and excellent customer service skills.
This position requires the ability to accurately track various budget accounts/expenditures, manage and enter electronic purchases, make travel arrangements, accurately and timely submit and reimburse team/coach travel and related expenses.
Preference may be given to applicants with prior experience purchasing, setting up team travel/conferences/matches and tracking budget expenditures. Preference may also be given to those candidates with continuing education past high school.
Applicants must have Civil Service test scores for 9000/9001-COAST Behavior Assessment and Office Skills in order to be considered for this vacancy unless exempted by Civil Service rule or policy.
