Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in which clerical work was a major duty. Good working knowledge of Microsoft software products.
Job Related Duties: Exemplary customer service, public relations, time management, and organizational skills are a high priority. Must be able to multi-task and work well independently. Serve as confidential Secretary to an Administrative level Director relieving the administrator in various administrative support functions. Maintain and prioritize appointments/calendar. Schedule and prepare materials for meetings. Keep Director aware of meetings, deadlines, and directives from the Vice-President. Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary. Establish office priorities and ensure a smooth flow occurs within the office.
