Required Qualifications: Three years of experience in which clerical work was a major duty. Excellent computer skills (skill testing may be required).
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree. At least three (3) years supervisory experience. Purchasing experience. View substitutions at www.dscs.state.la.us under Job & Test Finder.
Job Related Duties: Responsible for the purchasing of all non-book merchandise. Maintain inventory control on the Bookstore POS system. Supervise six (6) full-time civil service workers. Student worker supervisor. Ordering and reporting of lab fee accounts. Performs related duties as assigned.
