This contest is open to any McNeese State University student in good academic and judicial standing with the University. Entries are limited to one per student. The winning entry will be President and Mrs. Williams' official 2013 holiday card.
Artwork may not make reference to specific religious holidays and should not contain images related to specific holidays.
Artwork should include images, reproductions or photographs of McNeese buildings, grounds or icons or a McNeese theme.
This contest is to determine artwork only; words or copy are not to be included in final submissions.

Basic Layout Information:
Card size: design card 8.625" x 6.124"(.0625" bleed)
8.5" x 6" will be final cut down size.
Images: CMYK @ 355dpi (1200dpi for Bitmaps) (no spot colors, no RGB files)
Accepted Digital Formats: Photoshop CS4 or lower, Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower - saved as jpg or pdf
Emailed files should be no larger than 12mb.
Students are invited to use the medium of their choice.
Artwork that does not meet the resolution and quality requirements will not be considered.
How to Enter
Artwork may be submitted electronically via email or in person. Digital entries are encouraged.
Hard copy artwork or artwork on CD should be hand delivered to the Public Relations Office located in the Old Ranch near the Holbrook Computer Lab.
All entries must include the student's name, classification and phone number and email address.
Digital submissions should be sent to email@example.com.
McNeese State University will retain all reproduction rights to submitted artwork with credit given to the artist. Artists agree to assign all copyrights for the artwork to McNeese State University. Entries must be original in concept and work and not violate any artist or copyright laws.
The winning artwork may be modified for production purposes.
JudgingAll entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by the Office of the President. Art will be judged based on artistic merit and creativity. The winner will be notified by email or phone.
