Alcohol and Fighting

Being drunk is one thing; being drunk and nasty is another. Unfortunately, the two go together like t-shirts and jeans.

Rapes, fights, assaults leading to injury, manslaughter, even homicide are often linked to alcohol because the offender or the victim - or both - had been drinking.

According to a recent national survey, alcohol abuse contributes to 70% of violent behavior on campuses. 46% of students who reported committing a crime said they were using alcohol at the time.
